chamber, Governor Charles Soludo inaugurated the Governing Council of the State-owned
University, the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU)
The members of the new COOU Governing Council

This council has been saddled with the
responsibility of repositioning the University for greatness. They will also be
saddled with the task of providing foresighted leadership for the institution. According
to the Governor he is sure that the men and women in this council will serve

professionalism.
