The Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF) Bwari Branch was proudly and vibrantly represented at The Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF) Abuja Chapter’s Inaugural Annual Pink October Awareness Event themed “ Uniting Against Breast Cancer: Every Story Matters.”
It was truly a wonderful and impactful experience — a day filled with learning, empowerment, and sisterhood. Women were enlightened about the dangers of breast cancer, the importance of early detection, and simple steps to prevent it.
The highlight of the day? Free breast cancer examinations was done to ensure every woman takes charge of her health and well-being.
